To reinstall Teredo, you can follow these steps:
1. Press the Windows logo key and R on your keyboard simultaneously. This will open the Run box.
2. Type “devmgmt.msc” (without the quotes) in the Run box and press Enter. This will open the Device Manager.
3. In the Device Manager window, click on the “View” tab at the top and select “Show hidden devices” from the drop-down menu. This will display all the hidden devices.
4. Scroll down and look for the “Network adapters” category. Expand it by clicking on the arrow next to it.
5. Look for an entry called “Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter” or something similar. It might be listed as a hidden device or with a yellow exclamation mark indicating a problem. Right-click on it and select “Uninstall device” from the context menu. Confirm any prompts that appear.
6. Once the Teredo adapter is uninstalled, click on the “Action” tab at the top of the Device Manager window and select “Add legacy hardware” from the drop-down menu.
