To select multiple emails at once, you have a few options depending on the email client or program you are using. I will provide step-by-step instructions for some of the most popular email platforms.
1. Gmail:
– Open your Gmail inbox and go to the folder where the emails you want to select are located.
– On the left side of each email, you will see a small square box. Click on the box of the first email you want to select.
– While holding the Shift key, click on the box of the last email you want to select. This will select all the emails between the first and last one you clicked.
– If you want to select emails that are not right next to each other, hold the Ctrl key (Cmd key on Mac) and click on each individual email you want to select.
2. Outlook:
– Open your Outlook inbox and go to the folder where the emails you want to select are located.
– To select consecutive emails, click on the first email you want to select, then hold the Shift key and click on the last email. This will select all the emails in between as well.
– To select non-consecutive emails, hold the Ctrl key (Cmd key on Mac) and click on each individual email you want to select.
3. Apple Mail:
– Open Apple Mail and go to the folder where the emails you want to select are located.
– To select consecutive emails, click on the first email you want to select, then hold the Shift key and click on the last email. This will select all the emails in between as well.
– To select non-consecutive emails, hold the Command key and click on each individual email you want to select.
4. Thunderbird:
– Open Thunderbird and go to the folder where the emails you want to select are located.
– To select consecutive emails, click on the first email you want to select, then hold the Shift key and click on the last email. This will select all the emails in between as well.
– To select non-consecutive emails, hold the Ctrl key and click on each individual email you want to select.
Remember, these instructions may vary slightly depending on the version of the email program you are using.
