1. Click on the Settings icon, which looks like a gear, located in the top right corner of your Gmail inbox.
2. From the drop-down menu, select “Settings.”
3. In the Settings menu, click on the “Accounts and Import” tab.

4. Under the “Check mail from other accounts” section, you will find the “Add a mail account” link. Click on it.

5. A new window will pop up, asking you to enter the email address of the account you want to link to Gmail. Type in the email address and click “Next.”

6. Now you have two options: you can either link the accounts or import emails from the linked account. Let’s first discuss linking the accounts.
