How do I check my boost plan?

To check your Boost plan or offer, you have a few options:

1. Boost Mobile App: If you have the Boost Mobile App installed on your Android or iPhone device, open it and login to your account. Once logged in, you should be able to see your plan or offer details under the “My offer” or “My plan” section. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the Google Play Store or App Store.

2. boost.com.au: You can also check your plan or offer by visiting boost.com.au from your phone’s browser. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Recharge” option. On the recharge page, you’ll find a section where you can enter your Boost Mobile number. After entering your number, click on the “Recharge” button. On the next page, you should see your plan or offer details mentioned.

3. Dialing #111#: Another way to check your plan or offer is by dialing #111# on your Boost Mobile device. This will bring up a menu with various options. Look for the option that says “My offer” or “My plan” and select it. You will then be shown the details of your current plan or offer.

It’s important to note that the names of the plans or offers may vary depending on the specific options available in your region. However, common plan names include UNLTD®, UNTLD Plus™, Anytime Plus, Anytime Ultra, or Boost Mobile Prepaid.

If you are currently using a Boost Mobile service, you may also have the option to enable or disable roaming.
