To caption a picture in Word, follow these steps:
1. Open your Word document and go to the page where you want to add the caption.
2. Click on the picture you want to add a caption to. This will select the picture.
3. On the Ribbon at the top of the Word window, click on the “References” tab.
4. In the “References” tab, you will find the “Insert Caption” button. Click on it.
5. A “Caption” dialog box will appear. In the “Caption” box, type your desired caption for the picture.

10. If you need to modify or remove the caption later, simply click on the picture and then click on the “Insert Caption” button again. This will open the “Caption” dialog box where you can make the necessary changes.
