In VRChat, the ability to see your own body depends on several factors. By default, when you enter VRChat, you will not see your own body. However, there are ways to enable body visibility using certain methods and equipment.

To see your body in VRChat, you can use Full-Body Tracking (FBT) technology. FBT involves using additional hardware, such as VR trackers or motion capture systems, to track the movement of your entire body. This allows you to see your virtual avatar’s body movements reflected in real-time.
2. Supported FBT Systems:
VRChat officially supports a few FBT systems, including the HTC Vive Trackers and the Valve Index controllers. These systems provide accurate tracking of your body movements, allowing you to see your body in VRChat.
3. In-Game Settings:
To enable body visibility in VRChat, you need to adjust the in-game settings. Open the VRChat menu by pressing the System button on your VR controller and navigate to the Settings tab. VRChat does not officially support any other method of Full-Body Tracking. Some users have found success with various other methods using other hardware (such as the Kinect). We don’t support these methods, but if it works for you, that’s fine!
