There is a quick way to archive Instagram posts. To archive multiple posts at once, follow these steps:
1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device and tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner to go to your profile.
2. At the top of your profile, you will find a small icon that looks like three horizontal lines. Tap on it.
3. From the menu that appears, tap on “Your Activity.”
4. In the “Your Activity” section, you will see various options. Tap on “Photos and videos.”
5. Under “Photos and videos,” you will find different categories like “Posts,” “IGTV,” and “Stories.” Tap on “Posts.”
6. Now, you will see all of your Instagram posts. To select multiple posts for archiving, tap on “Select” in the top right corner.
7. Tap on the posts you want to archive. As you tap on a post, it will be highlighted with a blue checkmark.
8. Once you have picked all the posts you want to archive, tap on “Archive” at the bottom of the screen.
9. Instagram will then move the selected posts to your archive. You can access your archived posts by tapping on the clock-like icon (Archive) at the top right corner of your profile.
By archiving your posts, they will be removed from your profile but will still be accessible to you in the archive. This way, you can hide certain posts from your public profile without permanently deleting them.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions.
