There are multiple Velociraptor packs that existed in the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World franchise. One of the most well-known and popular packs is the Raptor Squad, also referred to as Blue’s Pack, in Jurassic World.
The Raptor Squad consisted of four Velociraptors – Blue, Echo, Delta, and Charlie. These four raptors were trained by Owen Grady, the protagonist of Jurassic World, and formed a close-knit pack. Each raptor had its own unique characteristics and played a significant role in the story.
The pack was named after its alpha female, Blue, who was distinguishable by her blue coloration and elevated intelligence compared to other raptors. Blue was the leader of the pack and had a special bond with Owen. She was highly intelligent, loyal, and had a distinctive personality that set her apart from the other raptors.
Echo, another member of the Raptor Squad, had a darker and more mottled appearance. She was known to be the most aggressive and had a fierce nature. Delta, on the other hand, had a lighter skin tone with a distinctive striped pattern along her body. She was often portrayed as the most curious and playful of the four.
Charlie, the final member of the Raptor Squad, had a greenish-brown skin tone and was known for her speed and agility. Although not as prominent in the story as the other three, Charlie still played a vital role within the pack.
It is important to note that the Raptor Squad was not the only pack of Velociraptors in the Jurassic Park franchise. In the original Jurassic Park film, there is a pack of Velociraptors led by a male named “The Big One.” These raptors were depicted as highly intelligent and cunning, posing a significant threat to the human characters.
Additionally, in Jurassic Park III, there is a brief mention of a pack of Velociraptors that inhabit Isla Sorna, also known as Site B. These raptors were not individually named or explored in detail, but they were portrayed as formidable predators.
The Raptor Squad, or Blue’s Pack, is the most well-known pack of Velociraptors in the Jurassic Park franchise. However, there have been other packs of Velociraptors featured in various films, each with their own unique characteristics and role in the story.
