How do you get to Cathedral Ward boss?

Answered by Willian Lymon

To get to the Cathedral Ward boss in Bloodborne, you need to make your way through the Healing Church Workshop. If you don’t have the Hunter Chief Emblem, which grants you access to a shortcut, you’ll have to take a slightly longer route. Don’t worry though, I’ll guide you through it step by step.

First, head to the Healing Church Workshop. You can find it by going to the Cathedral Ward lamp and heading down the stairs to the left. Make your way through the courtyard and enter the large building on the right. This is the Healing Church Workshop.

Once you’re inside the workshop, look for a large hole in the floor. Drop down into it and continue through the bottom area, hugging the left wall. Be careful of the enemies along the way, as they can be quite tough.

After navigating through the bottom area, you’ll come across a lift. Take the lift up to the next level. From there, drop off the ledge to reach a path beyond a gate. This will lead you to the Cathedral Ward.

In the Cathedral Ward, you’ll encounter various enemies such as Church Servants and Church Giants. Take your time and be cautious as you make your way through the area.

Eventually, you’ll reach a large plaza with a grand staircase leading up to a large door. Ascend the stairs and enter the door to enter the Grand Cathedral.

Inside the Grand Cathedral, you’ll face the boss of the Cathedral Ward area, Vicar Amelia. Prepare yourself for a challenging fight and make use of your skills and weapons to defeat her.

Remember, exploring the area thoroughly can yield valuable items and shortcuts that can make your journey easier. Take your time, be observant, and don’t be afraid to explore every nook and cranny.

Good luck, hunter!
