If you find the deleted photo you want to restore, simply tap on it. You will see options to either “Restore” the photo or “Delete” it permanently. If you choose to restore, the photo will be returned to its original location in your profile. If you select delete, the photo will be permanently removed from the ‘Recently Deleted’ folder.
It’s important to note that the ‘Recently Deleted’ feature is only available for photos and videos that you have deleted yourself. If someone else has deleted a photo of you or if it violates Instagram’s community guidelines, you won’t be able to find it in the ‘Recently Deleted’ folder.
