To hide your location on Life360 without anyone knowing, follow these steps:
1. Launch the Life360 app on your device. The app icon usually looks like a green circle with a white map pin inside.
2. Once the app is open, locate and tap on the “Settings” option. You can find this option at the bottom right corner of the screen. It is represented by a gear or three horizontal lines.
3. In the settings menu, you will see a list of different options. Look for the section labeled “Circles” or “Family Circles” and tap on it. This is where you can manage your location sharing settings for specific groups or individuals.
4. Within the circle settings, you will see a list of all the circles you are a part of. Choose the circle for which you want to stop sharing your location. You may have multiple circles if you are a member of different groups within the app, such as family, friends, or coworkers.
5. Once you have selected the appropriate circle, you will see various options related to that circle’s settings. Look for the option labeled “Location Sharing” and tap on it.
6. In the “Location Sharing” settings, you will typically see a slider or toggle switch. This switch controls whether your location is actively being shared with the selected circle. By default, it is usually set to “On” or “Enabled”.
7. To turn off location sharing for the selected circle, simply tap on the slider or toggle switch to disable it. This will stop sharing your real-time location with members of that circle.
8. After disabling location sharing, you can exit the settings menu and return to the main Life360 screen. From now on, your location will not be visible to the members of the chosen circle.
