To create a list box or combo box in Excel, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your Excel workbook and navigate to the worksheet where you want to add the list box.
2. Click on the “Developer” tab in the Excel ribbon. If you don’t see the Developer tab, you may need to enable it first. To do this, go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon, and check the box next to “Developer” under the “Main Tabs” section.
3. Once you’re on the Developer tab, click on the “Insert” button in the Controls group.
4. In the “Form Controls” section of the drop-down menu, you will find the “List box” option. Click on it to insert a list box into your worksheet.
5. After selecting the list box option, your cursor will change to a plus sign. Click and drag on the worksheet to draw the list box at the desired location and size.
