To clear your Zoom cache on a Mac, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Finder icon located at the bottom left of your screen in the dock. It looks like a blue and white smiley face.

2. In the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “Go”. A drop-down menu will appear.

3. From the drop-down menu, select “Go to Folder”. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + G.

4. A pop-up window will appear. In this window, enter the following path: /Library/Application Support/zoom.us. Make sure to type it exactly as shown, including the forward slashes.

5. Once you have entered the path, click on the “Go” button or press Enter on your keyboard. This will open the Zoom folder.

6. Inside the Zoom folder, you will see various files and folders. Right-click on the “data” folder and select “Move to Trash”. Alternatively, you can drag the “data” folder to the Trash icon located in your dock.

7. You will be prompted to enter your administrator password in order to move the folder to the Trash. Provide your password and click on “OK” to proceed.

8. After moving the “data” folder to the Trash, you can empty the Trash to permanently delete the folder and its contents. To do this, right-click on the Trash icon in your dock and select “Empty Trash”.

9. Once the Trash has been emptied, your Zoom cache will be cleared on your Mac.
