Does Mac pages have word art?

Answered by Jeremy Urbaniak

Mac Pages does have a feature similar to WordArt in Microsoft Office. It is called Text Box and it allows you to add stylized text to your documents.

To access the Text Box feature in Mac Pages, follow these steps:

1. Open a Pages document or create a new one.
2. Click on the “Insert” tab on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
3. In the dropdown menu, select “Shape”.
4. A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen with various shape options. Scroll down until you see the “Text Box” section.
5. Click on the desired Text Box style to insert it into your document.
6. A text box will appear on your document, and you can start typing directly into it.
7. To customize the appearance of the text box, you can change the font, size, color, and alignment from the Format panel that appears on the right side of the screen when the text box is selected.

Using the Text Box feature in Mac Pages, you can create visually appealing and stylized text elements in your documents, similar to WordArt in Microsoft Office.
