Your hardware will be able to produce the maximum number of frames, and your monitor will display them all, resulting in an incredibly smooth and responsive gameplay experience.
It’s worth noting that achieving high FPS requires a powerful gaming rig with a capable graphics card and processor. Not all games or systems may be able to reach such high frame rates. Additionally, the difference between 60 Hz and 240 Hz may not be as noticeable in all games, especially if the game’s graphics or your hardware’s capabilities limit the FPS output.
