You can edit the Exercise ring on your Apple Watch by adjusting your daily Exercise goal in the Activity app. Here’s how you can do it:

5. After you’ve set your desired Move goal, tap “Next” to proceed to the next goal.
6. The next goal you’ll see is the Exercise goal. This goal represents the number of minutes you aim to exercise each day. To adjust this goal, tap on the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons on the screen. Use the plus button to increase the goal or the minus button to decrease it.
7. Once you’ve set your preferred Exercise goal, tap “Next” to proceed.
8. you’ll reach the Stand goal. This goal represents the number of hours you aim to stand and move around for at least one minute each day. The Stand goal is not editable and is automatically set to 12 hours. You cannot change this goal manually.
9. After reviewing your goals, you can tap “Done” to save the changes and apply the new goals to your Apple Watch.
