Unfortunately, once you have posted a comment on Instagram, you cannot directly edit it. To do this, tap on the “Reply” button beneath your comment, type in the revised text, and hit “Post.”
It’s important to note that these methods are not ideal solutions, as they do not directly edit the original comment. Instead, they involve deleting the existing comment and either reposting it or replying to it with the updated content. This means that any likes or replies received on the original comment will be lost, and the revised comment will appear as a separate entry.
While Instagram does not provide a direct editing feature for comments, you do have a couple of options to make modifications. However, it’s always a good idea to double-check your comments before posting to avoid the need for editing later on.
