To remove a Facebook cover photo, follow these steps:
1. Open the Facebook app or go to the Facebook website and log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your profile by clicking on your profile picture or name.
3. On your profile page, hover your mouse cursor over your current cover photo. A “Change Cover” button should appear in the bottom right corner of the cover photo.
4. Click on the “Change Cover” button. This will open a menu with options for changing your cover photo.
5. From the menu, select “Remove Cover Photo.” A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete the cover photo.
6. Click “Delete” to confirm the removal of your cover photo.
7. The cover photo will now be removed from your Facebook profile. If you want to add a new cover photo, you can click on the “Add Cover Photo” button that appears in the same location where the “Change Cover” button was previously.
Please note that removing a cover photo will not delete it from your Facebook account entirely. The photo may still appear in other places on Facebook, such as in your photo albums or tagged in other people’s posts. To completely delete a photo from your account, you may need to delete it from the specific album or post where it is located.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
