How do I change my Toolbar view?

Answered by Robert Dupre

To change your toolbar view, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the Quick Access Toolbar. This is the small toolbar located above or below the ribbon, depending on your version of the software.

2. A shortcut menu will appear. Select the “Customize Quick Access Toolbar” option from the menu. This will open the customization options for the toolbar.

3. In the “Customize Quick Access Toolbar” window, you will see a list of commands available for the toolbar. On the left side, you will find the commands that are currently displayed on the toolbar, and on the right side, you will find the commands that are available but not currently displayed.

4. To move a command from the toolbar to the available commands list, select the command you want to remove from the toolbar on the left side, and click the “Remove” button in the middle. This will remove the command from the toolbar and add it to the available commands list on the right side.

5. To add a command to the toolbar, select the command you want to add from the available commands list on the right side, and click the “Add” button in the middle. This will add the command to the toolbar.

6. You can also change the order of the commands on the toolbar by selecting a command on the left side and clicking the “Up” or “Down” button in the middle. This will move the command up or down on the toolbar.

7. Once you have made the desired changes to the toolbar, click the “OK” button to apply the changes and close the customization window.

By following these steps, you can easily change the view of your toolbar and customize it according to your preferences.
