Starcut Ciders are naturally gluten free. We take pride in using only the finest ingredients in our ciders, and we do not add any gluten-containing ingredients during the production process. This means that individuals with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease can safely enjoy our ciders.
However, I do want to mention that some of our cider varieties are barrel aged. While the ciders themselves are gluten free, the barrels we use for aging have been in contact with beer previously. This means that there may be trace amounts of gluten present in these barrel aged ciders.
For individuals with severe gluten sensitivities or celiac disease, we recommend avoiding our barrel aged ciders to be on the safe side. The barrel aged ciders in our lineup include Aurora Borealis, Moonage Daydream, Jasper’s Astro, and White Skies.
It’s important to note that sensitivity to gluten can vary widely among individuals. Some people with gluten sensitivities may be able to tolerate trace amounts of gluten without experiencing any adverse effects, while others may have severe reactions even to small amounts.
